香脆牛油饼的制作


材料A:

150g 牛油

100g 幼糖

1大匙甜牛奶 / 炼奶

1粒蛋黄

1/2小匙云尼拉

材料B(一起筛过):

200g 面粉

50g 栗粉

1/8小匙盐

栗米片碎或麦片碎

做法:

1. 将牛油和幼糖搅至乳白色,加入甜牛奶与蛋黄,搅匀后再加入云尼拉。

2. 加入B料拌成一粉团。用小匙逐粒放入栗米片碎上。

3. 用手搓成圆形,放在已抹上油的烘盘上。

4. 放入烘炉用180°C 的火度烘至淡黄色。待冷便可放入不透风的瓶中。

BUTTER COOKIES

INGREDIENTS A:

150g butter

100g castor sugar

1 tbsp condensed milk

1 egg yolk

1/2 tsp vanilla

INGREDIENTS B:

200g plain flour

50g cornflour

1/8 tsp salt

some crushed cornflakes or oatmeal

METHOD:

1. Cream butter and castor sugar till light and fluffy. Add condensed milk and egg yolk. Mix well. Add vanilla.

2. Fold in the sifted flour and mix into a soft dough.

3. Spoon dough onto the crushed cornflakes and shape into balls. Place onto a greased baking sheet.

4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C till golden brown. Cool and store in air-tight tin.

花生饼的制作

材料:

600g 炒香花生,去皮,打碎

600g 面粉,筛过

500g 糖粉

500-600ml

1粒蛋,打匀,抹皮用

做法:

1.将花生碎、面粉及糖粉拌匀,徐徐加入油拌成一可搓成汤丸形的软团。

2.用手搓成小圆球形,放在已抹上油及洒上粉的烘盘上,抹上蛋液,可以用半粒花生装饰。3.放入一烧热的烘炉中,用180 °C的火度烘约25分钟至金黄色便可取出,待冷才收藏。

MELTING PEANUT COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

600g fried peanuts removed skin and grind finely

600g plain flour, sifted

450-500g icing sugar, sifted

500-600ml peanut oil for mixing

1 beaten egg, for glazing

METHOD:

1. Mix grinded peanut, plain flour, icing sugar in a big mixing bowl, slowly mix in peanut oil until it can form into a soft dough (can roll into ball without breaking).

2. Form into small balls, place onto a greased and floured baking sheet, glaze with beaten egg, decorate top with half peanut.

3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C for about 25 mins till golden brown. Remove, leave to cool before storing.
