花生饼的制作


春节快到了,家家户户总要准备一些有特色的小点心来招待亲友,我们家也会准备一些香脆可口的小点心,其中最受欢迎的就要数自家亲手烘制的花生饼了。现在我将制作方法推荐给大家,希望和你们一起分享节日的快乐!

花生饼的制作

材料:

600g 炒香花生,去皮,打碎

600g 面粉,筛过

500g 糖粉

500-600ml

1粒蛋,打匀,抹皮用

做法:

1.将花生碎、面粉及糖粉拌匀,徐徐加入油拌成一可搓成汤丸形的软团。

2.用手搓成小圆球形,放在已抹上油及洒上粉的烘盘上,抹上蛋液,可以用半粒花生装饰。3.放入一烧热的烘炉中,用180 °C的火度烘约25分钟至金黄色便可取出,待冷才收藏。

MELTING PEANUT COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

600g fried peanuts removed skin and grind finely

600g plain flour, sifted

450-500g icing sugar, sifted

500-600ml peanut oil for mixing

1 beaten egg, for glazing

METHOD:

1. Mix grinded peanut, plain flour, icing sugar in a big mixing bowl, slowly mix in peanut oil until it can form into a soft dough (can roll into ball without breaking).

2. Form into small balls, place onto a greased and floured baking sheet, glaze with beaten egg, decorate top with half peanut.

3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C for about 25 mins till golden brown. Remove, leave to cool before storing.
